Finance Assistant

CMA Recruitment Group is supporting a hugely successful, growing service business based in Portsmouth, Hampshire by recruiting a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis. Due to an increase in workload, an additional resource is required for 12 weeks.

 What will the temporary Finance Assistant role involve?

• Match and process purchase ledger invoices;
• Check, match and process staff expenses;
• Issue remittances;
• Respond and resolve internal and external queries;
• Reconcile and correct any errors;
• Ad hoc duties to support the department.

Suitable Candidate for the Temporary Finance Assistant role:

• Comfortable with a fast-moving, pressured environment;
• Enthusiastic and passionate about providing excellent customer service;
• Experienced and confident using IT packages;
• Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
