Job Title: Finance Assistant
Job Type: Temporary (6-8 weeks)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
My client is a small but busy finance department looking for a dedicated Finance Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. The department is known for its collaborative environment and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance team.
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our financial systems.
  • Assist with soft credit control duties, including following up on outstanding payments.
  • Match and batch invoices and other financial documents.
  • Ensure all financial records are maintained and up to date.

Requirements:

  • Background in a finance or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
