Interaction is recruiting for a Finance Assistant for our client based in Rugby.
As a Finance Assistant you will be responsible for the day-to-day control and operation of the finance system. Supporting with accounting functions including General Ledger, Planner, Excelerator and will maintain interfaces from other systems ensuring transactions are posted in a timely manner.
As well as supporting the finance team you will support various other users across the company with queries on POs, requisition plus general administration.
You will work closely with Accounts Payable to resolve queries, ensuring invoices to supplies and other payments are paid in a timely manner
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience within a finance department.
This position is a fixed 3 month contract role with could lead to ongoing work.
