We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join an award-winning company with a 20-year legacy of success!
What you'll Be Doing:
You'll be based at their contemporary office in Stockton, offering a dynamic and modern work environment.

• Maintaining Purchase and Sales Ledgers with precision and ensuring smooth, timely issue resolution.
• Leading credit control efforts, issuing invoices, and recording receipts
• Reconciliation of paid income and monthly revenue tracking.
• Managing and coding all invoices and expenses, ensuring proper authorisations, including credit card transactions.
• Bank Reconciliations.
• Providing vital admin support-preparing, scanning, and filing key documents
• Collaborating with the Business Support team to tackle cross-department tasks

About you:
No formal qualifications? No problem! If you have the drive, we'll provide the training you need to succeed in this role!

So, who are we looking for? We're looking for someone with experience in a similar finance role, who's familiar with transactional processing and accountancy procedures. If you have a passion for getting things right the first time and you're comfortable using Excel with a keen eye for detail, you'll fit right in.
We need someone accountable, reliable, and who enjoys taking responsibility for their work. Communication is key, so if you're an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, that's a big plus.
