Key Responsibilities:




  • Support the management of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.

  • Process and set up new customer and supplier accounts in the system.

  • Reconcile daily transactions and payments.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations, including preparation for year-end accounts.

  • Handle office administration tasks such as mail sorting, scanning, and filing (both digital and physical).

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer and supplier inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person.

  • Assist in creating marketing materials.

  • Maintain Health & Safety standards in line with HSE and company policies.



Knowledge & Skills:




  • Previous experience in office administration.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
