Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process and set up new customer and supplier accounts in the system.
- Reconcile daily transactions and payments.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations, including preparation for year-end accounts.
- Handle office administration tasks such as mail sorting, scanning, and filing (both digital and physical).
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer and supplier inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person.
- Assist in creating marketing materials.
- Maintain Health & Safety standards in line with HSE and company policies.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Previous experience in office administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
