Finance Assistant – The Role

As a Finance Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices, payments, and expenses


• Bank reconciliations and ledger management


• Assisting with month-end processes and financial reporting


• Supporting budget tracking and cost analysis


• Handling finance-related queries from internal teams and external partners

Finance Assistant – About You

• Experience in a finance role (accounts payable/receivable, assistant accountant, etc.)


• Strong attention to detail and an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Good working knowledge of finance systems (e.g. Sage, Xero, or similar)


• AAT qualification (or working towards) would be beneficial
