Finance Assistant

CMA is partnering with a local Financial Services business to recruit a Finance Administrator on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Team Leader the role will support the transactional processing duties of the business. The business is keen to develop within and there will be ample opportunity for progression and development.
 
What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

• Setting up customer accounts.
• Allocating payments. 
• Ensuring accuracy of direct debits and actioning any changes. 
• Reconciling invoices.
• Processing bank transactions.
• Supporting payment runs.
• Closing accounts. 
• General ad hoc duties as required by the team.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

• AAT studying would be advantageous for the role but not essential. 
• Working knowledge of Sage is advantageous.
• Experience of working within financial services would be advantageous.
