I'm pleased to be partnered with a long-standing SF partner client in their search for a Finance Business Partner to add to a key part of their business.
This is a key appointment, requiring strong all-round finance skills and exemplary 'soft skills' to deliver a strong internal service to key stakeholders across mutliple sites, well suited to a qualified accountant either at the earlier stages of their career, or established.

A true market leader, your new employer is a major player in the industry. A listed organisation with Group turnover in excess of £1bn, you'll be taking on FBP responsibility for a key portion of the business in excess of £100m.

About the role
Taking on the role of Finance Business Partner, you will provide finance administration support to the business unit management team across a number of sites in the region. You will act as the central point of contact for the Operations & Commercial management teams, ensuring their financial support needs are met where required. You will ensure financial deadlines are met in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring costs are allocated and coded correctly alongside balance sheet reconciliation's prepared in a timely and correct manner.
As part of your role, you will take on a small amount of line management responsibility where required.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Some occasional travel will be required to visit sites (likely to be 1 or 2 trips per month however you are given autonomy to run your own diary).
About you
You will be a confident, qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with both strong technical skills and exemplary 'soft skills' with the ability to build and maintain relationships, working closely with a variety of financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Must be able to demonstrate a high level of written and numerical literacy alongside a strong operational and commercial skill-set.
