Finance Business Partner

Anderson Knight are pleased to be partnering with our established client for the key appointment of a Finance Business Partner, based out of their Farnborough on a hybrid basis.

The successful candidate will be exposed to a fast-paced, acquisitive and ever-changing corporate environment, reporting directly to the Finance Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for preparation of management accounts for various business units (Act as the main finance contact for the Division)

• Preparation of monthly reports in line with IFRS


• Preparation and processing WIP adjustment


• Monthly overhead costs analysis against budget and forecast, understanding variances and action to bring back to planned expenditure


• Input into ERP system improvements plan


• Continuously identify and implement business process improvements across finance function


• Business Planning, such as budget and forecast preparation.

The successful candidate will be:

• A qualified accountant, ICAS or CIMA


• At least 5+ years post qualified experience


• Operationally focused with excellent communication skills


• Experienced of working closely with senior management


• Good analytical skills and attention to detail


• Must be able to work to tight monthly deadlines and strict reporting deadlines.
