Finance Business Partner
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £48,300 per annum
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, flexible hours available. Hybrid working policy in place.
Responsible to the Head of Operational Finance, and working closely to the Divisional Director, to provide comprehensive business partnering and therefore support and constructively challenge operations to drive business performance & efficiencies in the Division. In this pivotal role you will finalise reporting Packs, and developing key financial and statistical data for the division and utilising trends and information within them to understand and improve the financial performance of the Division. Responsible for delivery of effective financial management, control and advisory support.
