Full Time Contract ( 3 months long)Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Finance Business Partner in Bracknell. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours. The employer can offer hybrid workingThe job:

• To be the lead financial advisor to an Executive Director, Members, Assistant Directors and external groups

• Responsible for planning and leading complex projects for a Directorate, including analysing the financial and non-financial implications of changes in the law, policies and strategies
• To lead effective liaison, negotiations and communications with a wide range of stakeholders and partners to ensure financial management considerations are properly considered

The candidate:

• CCAB qualified

• In depth knowledge of local authority accounting guidance and practice.

• Experience of using Agresso

• Working knowledge of Adult Social Care and / or housing is desirable
