Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Ripponden

Job Type: Permanent, full-time position

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description:
Job Duties:

• Provide financial guidance and support to business units
• Develop financial forecasts and analysis to support decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business plans and financial strategies
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and variance analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience in a finance business partnering role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance or accounting
• Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting

Knowledge and Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of financial principles and practises
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry
