Hamilton Woods Associates is recruiting for a great business in Tamworth that is looking to strengthen its finance team through the addition of a finance business partner. We are looking for someone who is keen and interested in exploring the strategy, costing and efficiencies across the business.
ROLE PROFILE:
Support, challenge and drive the strategic and financial decisions and priorities, with a focus on financial performance delivery.
Liaising with stakeholders to improve the Strategy, Cost and Efficiency across their branches.
Negotiate and influence change with stakeholders, to improve the financial stance of the business.
Directly reporting to the Finance Director/Financial Controller.
Building relationships with business directors and key decision-makers.
Responsible for working with the external auditors to understand stock accounting processes and validate balances.
Ad-hoc requirements as required.
ABOUT
ACCA/ACA/CIMA/QBE or equivalent
Proficient in the ability to manipulate financial data and produce insight to help drive financial performance.
