Finance Business Partner

Accountable Recruitment are excited to partner with a dynamic manufacturing business in North Wales searching for a Finance Business Partner to join their team in this newly created, value add role.
This role is perfect for professionals looking to gain exposure to key contacts and be involved in key conversations as the business grows further.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Finance Business Partner to support operational managers in decision-making
Provide financial analysis and insights to drive cost efficiency and profitability
Forecast and manage budgets
Translate Financial findings for non Finance personnel (Ops / Production / Factory)
Trend analysis & KPI reporting
Providing insight to FC & FD

Ideal Candidate:
Part-Qualified Accountant /Qualified by Experience (QBE) may be considered
Strong communication skills to build rapport
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data essential
Good Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
