Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Finance Business Partner will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and managing budgets for diverse, high-impact global programmes. You will partner with specific teams to maximize financial performance, drive value for money, and support efficient awards management.

As a Finance Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:

Providing financial decision support to programme teams, ensuring effective financial performance.
Delivering monthly financial reports and supporting regular business performance reviews.
Developing forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans for various global initiatives.
Supporting teams in building business cases and strategies, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal value for money.
Managing awards, preparing budgets, and delivering accurate financial reports.
This role involves collaboration with a variety of stakeholders and will require you to support a range of financial and strategic initiatives, ensuring that funds are utilized effectively to meet organizational goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a certified accountant with strong post-qualification experience, ideally within the non-profit sector. You will also need:

Experience providing finance business partnering support to senior management.
Proven ability to prepare management accounts and contribute to budgeting processes.
Experience in managing financial awards, including budget development and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with a keen ability to identify financial issues and provide strategic responses.
