The opportunity
As a Finance Business Teacher, you will be part of a friendly team and play a key role in inspiring and preparing the next generation of finance and business professionals. Your lessons will be dynamic and engaging, bringing the T Level curriculum to life by focusing on vital financial topics such as accounting, financial planning, risk management, and compliance. By embedding industry standards and real-world practices into your teaching, you will not only build students' knowledge but also equip them with essential employability skills to thrive in the workplace.
You will also have the opportunity to design and adapt creative teaching resources that cater to the diverse needs of your students, ensuring every learner can engage with and succeed in their studies. Staying up to date with the latest developments in T Level frameworks, particularly in Finance, will enable you to deliver a cutting-edge curriculum that reflects the evolving demands of the industry.
Assessing and supporting student progress will be a core part of your role, helping each learner to reach their full potential. Youll guide them towards success in exams and workplace assessments while preparing them for exciting progression opportunities.

About you
Were looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual with a strong background in Finance and Business, combined with a passion for teaching and inspiring others. Youll need a relevant degree or professional qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field, alongside a recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one).
If you have strong occupational competence in the finance sector and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and learning, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate learners, and a commitment to professional growth.
