Job DescriptionJob Title: Finance Chart of Accounts and Data Delivery Manager Job Type: Full Time, 6 Month Contract Location: London, HybridRole PurposeTravelex is currently undertaking a large Finance Transformation programme where we are implementing Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM modules on the latest SAAS Cloud based technologies to replace all of our heritage applications and move our global finance teams to one end to end Oracle Cloud ERPM platform. The role will manage delivery of the new "Chart of Accounts" (CoA) which will underpin the delivery of the new Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning System and Oracle Cloud Enterprise Planning Management System.This particular role will lead on areas such as delivery of the Related Value Sets (RVS) between CoA segments, hierarchies, Cross Validation Rules and Security Rules building on work that has already been completed and working with finance teams to ensure that it is fully reviewed and updated ready for the system to go live through each phase of the programme. A key part of the role will be ensuring that data reconciles between migrated platforms and this can be evidenced to our external auditors. The roles requires detailed knowledge and experience in the management and configuration of Oracle applications ideally with some formal Oracle training, The roles requires detailed knowledge and experience in Oracle EPM & ERP Cloud applications including Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Financial Consolidation Cloud Service (FCCSS) Experience of Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) is essential Key ResponsibilitiesQuickly build subject matter knowledge related to both the existing and new CoA (which continues to be developed) and in particular the work already complete on the RVS sets Share information and gather feedback from customer finance teams to capture, record and validate the RVS Managing data quality issues through direct liaison with customers and implementation partners Contribute to related system implementation activities across the ERP and EPM implementation including configuration, testing, reporting and data migration Implement the roll out of the new COA aligned to the phases of the programme to the business through documentation, training sessions and answering business queries Skills and ExperienceMust have experience in design of Chart Accounts and accounting and reporting processes using Oracle Cloud ERPM Applications Experience across multiple functional areas including Accounting & Financial Control, FP&A processes planning, financial close and consolidation, reconciliation, and data management. Experience in governance controls, change management, conceptual data modelling, master data management, data standardisation and data quality management. The role requires a good understanding of financial accounting, processes and reporting, how that relates to accounting systems analysis and design in the Oracle Applications framework.
