Duties & Responsibilities

As the Finance Director, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Managing operational functions, including stock planning, despatch, and customer services.
• Leading HR initiatives, working with outsourced partners to ensure compliance and staff well-being.
• Acting as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, driving insights and improvements for growth.
• Supporting the company’s expansion into new markets, including international opportunities.

What Experience is Required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A qualification in finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven experience in a leadership position.
• Experience managing operational and HR functions within an SME.
• A strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth and performance improvements.
