As the business enters a new phase of its growth, the group is looking for an experienced Finance Director. You will be a driven and proactive individual with relevant post-qualification experience to lead the finance team from the front. You will have a hands-on approach and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and cash flow management Lead and implement key financial strategies and initiatives Develop and lead the Finance Team Building bespoke financial models Ensure that strong cash management and cashflow forecasting systems are in place Ability to work flexibly, quickly adapting to developments and able to apply judgement Strong technical financial accounting skills Responsible for quarterly board pack reporting Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior management team to support decision-making and drive business growth Liaise with external parties e.g. bank, external auditors, tax advisors Candidate Profile ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience Proven track record of success as a Finance Director or in a similar senior finance role In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience in strategic planning, financial modelling, and risk management #J-18808-Ljbffr
