Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to oversee all aspects of financial management and strategy for our growing organization. The Finance Director will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure the long-term financial health and sustainability of the company. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, plans, and policies aligned with the company's objectives and growth trajectory. Manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Conduct financial analysis and performance evaluations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on financial matters, risk management, and investment opportunities. Oversee financial audits, tax planning, compliance, and regulatory reporting to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support business initiatives, product development, and strategic partnerships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis. Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in the cryptocurrency / web3 industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives. Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of driving results, managing teams, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
