Finance Director

Broadgate are proud to be partnered with a tech consultancy going through a period of hyper-growth. The business is privately owned and led by the founders based in London. During this period of growth and transformation, the firm are looking to hire a Finance Director to establish the foundations of a self serving finance function. The role is paying £90,000 - £100,000 + bonus About You: Professional qualification in finance (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) Experience in a management position in a start up/scale up environment. Proven experience with process implementation and growing a finance function. A hungry attitude, with a drive to support a growing business. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability of building relationships internally and externally. About the Role: Oversee and support the preparation of all aspects of the management accounts. Review the Year-end statutory reporting process. Support the team with journal postings, invoices, expenses, and reconciliations. Lead on third party relationships and any external stakeholders. Assisting the Founders with ad-hoc tasks and projects. Improve internal processes, reports and the financial culture in the company.
