You will be based full time at the office in Manchester.
The Role:
As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and strategic planning. You will play a crucial role in guiding the company's financial health and decision-making, working closely with senior leadership to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Salary:
To £130k plus a range of benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the finance function, ensuring robust financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial risk assessment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax obligations, and financial policies.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board and senior management.
Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
