Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices and credit notes with accuracy
• Preparing and managing supplier payments
• Reconciling supplier and intercompany statements
• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Collaborating with departments to resolve supplier queries
• Allocating bank payments and processing general journals
• Assisting senior finance officers when needed
• Managing expense receipts and payments

Requirements:

• Academic background in accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software & MS Office
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
