Join a dynamic talent agency in the heart of Central London as a Finance Manager/Management Accountant. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to play a key role in managing and improving financial processes in a fast-growing business. You'll work closely with senior leadership, providing vital financial insights and ensuring smooth transactional operations.

Key responsibilities:

Produce management accounts and board reports
Manage consultant profitability and address queries with senior management
Oversee weekly gross profit reporting and treasury management
Handle audit preparations, statutory accounts, and HMRC matters (PAYE, PSA, P11D)
Lead transactional finance processes, including accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Manage financial systems ensure process integrity
Support the CFO and Head of Finance on ad hoc projects and system improvements

Person specification

QBE or CIMA/ACCA student with experience in a growing business
Strong financial accounting skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
Proficiency in Excel (sumifs, lookups, pivot tables) and data analytics
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Previous recruitment industry experience would be beneficial
