Job DescriptionJob Description: Finance Manager (Private Family Office)Location: London (On site and hybrid working)Employment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: £70K - £90K annually + BonusReports to: Director of FinanceOverview:We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Finance Manger to join our client in their private family office. In this new role, you will ensure robust financial management of the assets side of their business, specifically handling the Superyacht, Maritime Financial Management.The successful applicant will be highly detail orientated, proactive and adaptable to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders. A strong sense of confidentiality with an ability to build trust and confidence and a desire to embrace new and unfamiliar territory is pivotal to the successful delivery of this role.To be considered, you must be degree educated, ACCA or ACA qualified with several years’ experience working in a Financial Management capacity ideally with some experience working with a UHNWI, Private Family Office or similar.Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Preparation of accurate and timely financial statementsImplementation of financial controls and proceduresBudgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.ReconciliationsUK Reporting and Tax ComplianceThis role will offer opportunity to develop and grow with the business and in exchange for your hard work and dedication, you will be eligible for a generous performance-based bonus as well as number of other benefits to be discussed upon application.Due to the nature of this role, an NDA will be required, and company and individual names may not be disclosed until we have arranged an interview.
