Finance Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. We are a property management company and you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization. This is a key leadership role that requires strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

- Monitor and analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and provide recommendations to senior management

- Manage the budgeting process and ensure accurate forecasting of financial results

- Oversee accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices

- Oversee accounts receivable and reconcile the income.

- Monthly VAT

- Experience of inter-company transactions

- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

- Weekly and monthly payroll

- Monthly management accounts

Requirements:

- AAT qualified as a minimum

- Proven experience in financial services, financial accounting, cost control, and financial management

- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and practices

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Proficient in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills - Xero proficient

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Working within a property management company desirable, but not essential
