Salary:������������������� up to �65,000





We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager. If you have an eye for detail, can work to and achieve key milestones, can prioritise work whilst maintaining strong business partnerships, this is for you. You will be working as part of a busy and fast-paced team assisting with the delivery of accurate and timely financial information, whilst aiding in the development of a proactive culture and robust governance and control environment.





Your role:






  • Take ownership of the monthly management accounts and month end reporting

  • Provide key metrics, highlighting issues and proposing corrective actions

  • Manage and develop the finance team to support business growth

  • Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place and being adhered to

  • Planning and production of budgets and monthly forecasting

  • Drive working capital management and cash flow

  • Ensure compliance of all statutory returns, including VAT returns

  • Oversee the timely completion of year-end statutory accounts and all associated analysis as required, preparation of year-end disclosures and tax packs, and liaise with auditors

  • Ensure full SOX compliance and liaise with internal auditors

  • Manage and develop the sales administration team to support business growth

  • Lead the annual customer pricing review process

  • Participate and support management team with HR tasks, such as updating policies and procedure, recruitment initiatives, onboarding, appraisals, and employee development

  • Manage the delivery of the monthly payroll, including third party payments





Your background:






  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with the ability to produce monthly management accounts, manage people, and participate in HR tasks

  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

  • Ability to support and implement senior management directives and able to meet fixed deadlines

  • Qualified - CIMA, ACCA, or ACA

  • Confident communication skills to build and maintain strong business partnerships

  • Good command of Excel and other accounting software
