This non-profit business are a specialist housing association providing services nationwide, ensuring their properties are built to a good standard and providing a healthier, safer environment for communities. They are adding a Finance Manager to their leadership and offering a salary between �65,000 to �70,000 with fantastic benefits.
Your new role
As their new Finance Manager, you will be joining a well-oiled finance function that pride themselves on working collaboratively. You will be responsible for the statutory and regulatory reporting, as well as the opportunity to work collaboratively with the development team. Outside of the technical work, you'll be leading a direct report and empowering them as they navigate their career, and you'll have the future opportunity to get involved in sytem change and implementation projects, managing the process and further opportunity to grow your own career.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with credentials such as (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) with full UK working rights in place. You will have a strong experience level producing financial statements, consolidations, balance sheets, and regulatory reporting. Along with proven leadership experience and the drive to get involved in ad-hoc projects. For this role, the ideal person will have experience within the Housing/Property Sector.
