Finance Manager

Role: Finance Manager Salary: £60-70k Car allowance Location: London - Hybrid We are looking for an accountant with a strong management accounting and business partnering background to join a high-profile Real estate and Property Services firm as a Finance Manager. Paying £60-70k and based in Central London (Hybrid Working), this role will involve working on a portfolio of clients, business partnering with Project Managers and other non-finance operational stakeholders, and focusing heavily on management reporting and cost. The Role You will manage your own portfolio of clients and provide financial and account/client contract leadership. Deliver monthly management account reporting on business performance of your portfolio, including reporting for Principal Contracting, including the completion of month end processes, variance analysis and commentaries. Providing clear insight into financial performance and cost analysis. Responsible for an in-depth knowledge of the commercial model of the businesses to ensure that all cost elements are appropriately billed and accounted for, and resources are effectively utilised. Ensure that all billing is identified and completed and that all costs are correctly captured and reported Business partner with Operational Project Managers. Complete balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring timeliness and accuracy and review/approve balance sheet recs. Manage costs, budgeting and billing, to identify operational and financial risks and opportunities. Support with corporate planning, budgeting and forecasting. Your Profile You will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong management accounting background. The ability to Business Partner and work with Operational Stakeholders is essential. Prior exposure to contracts (Facilities Management, Waste Management, Security, Cleaning, Catering etc) is desirable but not essential.
