Play a pivotal role within a small, dedicated team, where you'll put your finance and accounting expertise to the test, demonstrating your passion for working within a charitable organisation.
In the Finance Manager role, you will be:
- Responsible for all aspects of financial management and administration, working with colleagues to ensure the implementation of financial systems and controls
- Maintaining financial records, recording transactions, donations, Gift Aid
- Managing sales and purchase ledger, invoicing, receipts, banking and payments
- Reconciliation, petty cash, income and expenditure records
- Processing and maintaining monthly payroll, year end, budgets
- Dealing with other administration tasks and enquiries
To be successful in the Finance / Accounts Manager role, you will need:
- Proven experience managing finance operations or similar
- AAT Qualified (Desirable)
- Proficient in financial software including SAGE accounting and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
This is a permanent position working part time, 25 hours per week and you’ll be based in offices near Colwyn Bay. You’ll be offered an annual salary in the region of £32k (pro-rata for part time which equates to approx. 21k), plus pension and holidays.
