Job Title: Finance Manager

£50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Duties:

  • Developing financial strategies and plans
  • Managing a team of three
  • Monitoring and managing financial performance
  • Preparing financial reports and budgets
  • Overseeing financial transactions and accounting processes
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
  • Providing financial analysis and recommendations to management

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Education:

Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practises
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to lead and manage a finance team

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Finance or MBA

Working Conditions:

This role is offering 3 days per week office working and 2 days per week home working
