Group Financial Manager Belfast Hybrid - flexible working Up to £42,000 per annum Hays Accountancy and Finance are working exclusively in partnership with MindWise, a leading membership based mental health charity in Northern Ireland. They have been working with and for people of all ages directly affected by mental health issues as well as families, carers, employers and teachers for over 50 years. The Finance Manager will be a true asset to the organisation and will be embedded in the success of the services they deliver. Support the delivery and analysis of quality financial information for decision-making. Support managers in effective financial management of the charity. The post holder will also be a member of the Senior Management Team of MindWise. What you will need; Degree level qualification in a business-related subject or equivalent OR Qualified as an accounting technician or equivalent (e.g. IATI) with three years accounting experience. Three years' experience working in a management role within a finance department. Three years' experience managing staff performance to achieve high standards of service delivery & lead an effective team. Ability to demonstrate experience of leading in continuous improvement (cost, quality, impact). Experience of using all aspects of an integrated, computer-based accounting system.
