Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our Accounting & Finance department in the public sector. The successful candidate will be adept at strategic financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Description

• Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance department.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans.
• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Report on financial performance and make recommendations.
• Work closely with other senior managers to drive financial success.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• Experience in strategic planning and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Offer

• An attractive annual salary in the region of GBP 39,338 to GBP 48,080.
