Finance Manager.

Objkts are a high end e-commerce jewellery business to clients across the world via an online business model.

Reporting to the Owners as our standalone Finance Manager your main role will be taking responsibility of the following key functions on a full or part time basis, working fully remotely in the UK.

Key Functions Of The Role

• Responsible for all Finance activity on Xero including reconciliation of all bank accounts, Shopify, credit cards and Foreign Exchange accounts and bookkeeping duties
• Responsible for all month end processes
• Production of monthly management accounts and PowerPoint presentation to shareholders with monthly highlights and Key Data
• Balance sheet analysis
• Responsible (Oversight) for all BAU activities such as AP, bank reconciliations etc.
• Establishing a payroll, currently outsourced to a third party
• Prepare for Year End
• As the business grows you will identify relevant finance projects including process improvements and internal control improvements
• Bring continual excellence to the Finance function and act as a trusted person for the Owners

Required Experience

• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Xero
• Shopify
• CIMA / ACCA Qualified
• Self-motivation and commitment
• Experience working with cloud-based accounting programs
• SME experience
• Knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Friendly nature and personable

Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
