Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting procedures. Lead and support the finance team Ensure compliance with relevant tax and industry regulations. Essential Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Proven experience in finance within the construction sector. Strong knowledge of VAT regulations Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
