Finance Manager

Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for one of our clients based in Swansea.

Our client is a multi-disciplined construction contractor that works across Wales.

Brief Job Spec:

• Monitor the accounts team completing day-to-day financial operations within the company


• Liaise with external accountants and advisors


• Provide input on banking, investments, and other financial decision-making requirements


• Assist with forecasting growth and a financial strategy to achieve the targets


• Monitor, report and provide suggestions / requirements on working capital and gearing


• Monitor and report on financial risk to company and identify recommendations to mitigate risk.


• Set and Monitor KPI's and performance management targets


• Cash management


• Oversee cashflow for the company
