About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join in a stand-alone capacity.�The Finance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the company's financial management, as well as HR and H&S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly management accounts, annual budgets, and forecasts
- Manage the company's cash flow and ensure that all bills and invoices are paid on time
- Oversee the company's accounting function, including payroll, VAT returns, and corporation tax
- Prepare and submit financial information to external auditors
- HR:
- Manage the company's HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Ensure that the company complies with all employment law and HR best practices
- H&S:
- Develop and implement the company's H&S policy
- Conduct regular H&S audits and risk assessments
- Ensure that the company complies with all H&S legislation
Skills and Qualifications:
- AAT / CCAB or QBE qualified
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in HR and H&S management
- Experience using Sage 50 and Sage Payroll
