Looking for a fantastic career opportunity in finance? We are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for an excellent business based in Bedford. This is a brilliant chance to showcase your skills and grow your career in a supportive environment. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days working from home.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage transactions and processes across entities.
• Monthly results, balance sheets, and cashflow forecasts.
• Assist with annual budgets.
• Manage payroll and pension submissions.
• Train and develop a small team.
• Coordinate with accountants, tax, and statutory teams.

Experience Required:

• Part/Qualified Accountant (AAT or equivalent) or qualified by fantastic experience.
• Proficient in Excel
• Proficient with financial systems.
• Experience working in a growing SME would be excellent, but certainly not needed.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to 45k
• Hybrid Working - 2 days from home
