Description

• Manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements, and analyses to Directors.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

• A recognised Professional Qualification - Part Qualified or AAT
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Month End accounting processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
