Are you a newly qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA accountant looking for your next step? This is an opportunity to take on a key finance role within a well-established business, gaining exposure to both financial and operational accounting.

\nThe Role\n

As Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing financial reporting, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly accounts for two legal entities.
\n
• Managing balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, and statutory reporting.
\n
• Leading the annual audit process and tax computations.
\n
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
\n
• Supporting payroll and pension processing.
\n
• Managing a small finance team, providing leadership and development.
\n

\nWhat We're Looking For\n

\n
• Newly qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
\n
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills (Power Query experience is an advantage).
\n
• A proactive, analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
\n
• Confident communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
\n
• The ability to manage and develop a small team.
\n
