Finance Manager

CMA is working with an international company, based in Gosport, who are experts in their field to recruit the newly created role of Finance Manager. A well-established business with multiple entities is seeking a dedicated finance professional to take ownership of financial operations. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for financial management across a group of companies. You will work closely with senior leadership and be responsible for all transactional processing and managements accounts using Xero. The role is offered on a part-time basis of 20-30 hours per week ideally spread over as many days as possible. 

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Overseeing financial management across multiple entities.
• Managing financial reporting, cash flow, budgets, and forecasting.
• Handling intercompany transactions and group financial consolidations.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate tax, VAT, and financial regulations.
• Providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.
• Payroll (Training given) 
• Working with Xero to streamline financial processes.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• Strong experience in multi-entity financial management would be advantageous. 
• Excellent transactional and management accounting experience.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with directors, auditors, and tax advisors.
• Ability to problem-solve, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines.
