Finance Manager

This role will play a key part in the finance function, working closely with non-financial stakeholders across the business to drive financial insight and support operational decision-making.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Preparation of management accounts.
• Business partnering with supply chain, production, and warehouse teams to improve financial performance.
• Supporting the annual budgeting process and year-end audit.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance reporting and efficiencies.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• Experience within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proactive, analytical, and commercially aware, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
