A Finance Manager role with a growing Gloucester Group, overseeing month-end reporting, budgeting and financial analysis across a number of entities. Managing, coaching and developing a team of 10, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic improvements, collaborating across departments and contributing to the success of the finance function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate management accounts
• Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
• Managing balance sheet reconciliations and overseeing budget preparation
• Implementing financial controls and process improvements
• Ensuring statutory compliance and providing technical finance guidance
• Supporting the financial integration of acquisitions and contributing to ad-hoc projects

Candidate background

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Strong financial reporting and compliance experience
• Advanced Excel skills; Sage 200 and CIS knowledge advantageous
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments
