Finance Manager

We're looking for an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join a well-known Bristol brand on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with an audit/practice background to make an impact in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and decision support.

• Lead month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Drive financial controls and process improvements.

• Support key stakeholders with commercial analysis and financial planning.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) - ideally practice-trained.

• Strong financial reporting and business partnering experience.

• Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
