Involve Midlands are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a well-established construction company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) to take on a key role, providing financial leadership and ensuring robust financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  Partner with managers across the business to provide financial insights and support.

  
  


• 
  

  Report to the Financial Director and oversee the preparation of management accounts.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage monthly forecasts and contribute to the annual budgeting process.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain VAT compliance and oversee the preparation of statutory accounts.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive improvements in financial controls and procedures.

  
  

Skills & Experience Required:

• 
  

  ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of month-end processes and financial reporting.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in staff management and development.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in financial systems and IT tools.
