(Negotiable for exceptional candidates)HT1143Role Overview:Finatal is looking for a commercially astute finance professional with a strong background in using NetSuite as an ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of making significant improvements in month-end processes, consolidating international entities, and optimizing entity structures. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a tangible impact on our financial operations.Key Responsibilities:· ERP Optimization: Leverage NetSuite to enhance our month-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.· Consolidation of International Entities: Streamline and consolidate the financial operations of our global entities, improving efficiency and accuracy.· Entity Rationalisation: Evaluate and optimize our entity structure to support our strategic goals and simplify our financial reporting.· Commercial Finance Leadership: Provide strategic insights and guidance to drive financial performance and support decision-making.· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our finance team and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective NetSuite solutions.Qualifications:· Professional Certification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.· NetSuite Expertise: Demonstrated experience in optimizing NetSuite ERP for financial processes.· Commercial Finance Experience: Proven background in a commercial finance role with a focus on process improvement.· Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.· Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.· Flexibility: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
