Finance Officer

A fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation in Southsea. Within their finance team, you will undertake a variety of duties including:

• Recording cash receipts and banking on a timely basis


• Answering queries on client invoice


• Credit control duties and working too collect unpaid invoices


• Maintaining positive relationships with clients


• Banking and bank reconciliation


• Petty cash reconciliation


• Day to day processing of supplier invoices


• Preparing invoices / billing and all required adjustments and sending out to clients


• Monitoring budgets


• Processing payroll data to pass on to external payroll providers


• General accounts administration support

The company are ideally looking for someone to start as soon as possible on a temporary to permanent basis. You must have strong experience working in accounts and finance.
