About the Role:
As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the financial aspects of our business. This role requires a strong understanding of financial management and reporting, along with the ability to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Manage cash flow and assist with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A professional qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
