Finance & Operations Director Key Responsibilities:
* Lead financial and operational strategy development and execution in collaboration with CFO and MD.
* Formulate and implement operational resilience policies along with a cyber-resilient strategy.
* Lead financial and operational projects and initiatives.
* Develop long-term strategies in alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values.
* Promote emerging technologies and practices for enhanced efficiency and customer experience.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and policies.
Finance & Operations Director Qualifications and Experience:
* ACA/FCA/CGMA qualification with 10+ years of experience.
* Previous senior management or board-level experience for a minimum of 5 years.
* Comprehensive financial and operational experience in B2B settings.
* Proven leadership, team management, and project management skills.
* Relevant knowledge in insurance products, claims handling, fleet management, and business analysis.
* Proficiency in MS Office 365; ITIL and/or Six Sigma certification desirable.
Role Purpose:
The Financial & Operations Director will oversee daily financial, administrative, and operational domains, including claims, fleet & transport management. Responsibilities cover business continuity, regulatory compliance, and leadership within the executive team to foster an ethical, people, and customer-centric culture.

* Strategic thinking and capability in identifying new business opportunities.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
