Our client is looking for an experienced Revenues Officer.
This is a specific NNDR role, must have in-depth knowledge of NEC and NEC DM and have a good grasp of the Valuation side of Business Rates including updating schedules, serving Completion Notices and raising BARS to the VOA.
Looking for two motivated individuals to come into a well-established and high performing Business Rates and valuation team and hit the ground running. You will expected to be highly knowledgeable in all aspects of the business rates, valuation and court roles of being a Revenues officer. Ideally you will have either represented a BA in court previously or worked on the valuation schedules and served completion notices. You will have a high level of Business rates knowledge, IRRV qualified preferred, you may also be asked to help provide phone cover between the hrs of 10-4
The role will be a hybrid role with more WFH flexibility as you establish yourself in the role, the contract is for 36 hours per week over 5 days, core hrs being 10-12 and 2-4. Southwark offices are set in a desirable location in central London on Tooley Street, the nearest tube and rail is London Bridge
